The Marana Legal Department provides the following services to the Town:
1. furnishes legal advice on civil matters to the Mayor and Council, the Town Manager's Office and all Town departments;
2. prosecutes misdemeanor offenses committed within the Town limits and serves as an intermediary between the police, court personnel, victims, witnesses and defendants;
3. processes license agreements, right-of-way and easement abandonments, completes public property acquisitions, administers relocation benefits, reviews title issues, and performs development review of real property issues.
