Marana’s Community Development Department is responsible for the oversight of neighborhood revitalization, affordable housing, homebuyer, housing rehabilitation, and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs.  Community Development staff are working with Marana residents and the Planning, Public Works, and Parks and Recreation departments to develop programming that respond to the needs of the community and respect the individual character of existing neighborhoods.
