The 2007 General Plan Final is complete. The 2007 General Plan was adopted by Town Council on December 19, 2007.

What is the General Plan?
The General Plan is the primary tool for guiding the future development of the Town. On a daily
basis the Town is faced with choices about growth, housing, transportation, environmental preservation, and services for its citizens.
The General Plan helps guide these choices by describing long-term goals for the Town’s future. Those goals are the basis for policies and actions to guide day-to-day decisions. The 2007
General Plan will provide long-term vision and guidance in ten plan elements:
