Ziegler was elected to her second term on the Council in May 2007. She was a Council member from 1997-2001. She is a former member of the Town's Planning and Zoning Commission. Ziegler has lived in Marana since 1989. Her son, daughter-in-law and grandson also live in Marana. Ziegler is employed by IBM as a senior contracts and negotiation manager.
