Public Records Requests

All requests for public records must be submitted in writing.  Click here to download and print the Public Records Request form, or submit online below.  If you download the form please return to the Town's Clerk office via fax 382-1998, email to , or hand deliver to 11555 W. Civic Center Drive 1st Floor Reception.

FOR POLICE RECORDS, PLEASE CALL THE POLICE RECORDS UNIT AT 382-2200. 

FOR COURT RECORDS, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST HERE.

FOR ALL OTHER RECORDS, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST HERE.


Please be aware that:

  • Town of Marana employees cannot give legal advice.
  • We require 48 hours to process all requests.
  • There will be a minimum charge assessed for copied material and audio tapes.  Other fees may be assessed.
