COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
**The Commercial Documents have been moved to the Permit and Records Center - Checklists, Applications, and Miscellanous Forms pages.**

Town of Marana Building Safety Department staff is committed to assisting property owners, contractors, and design/engineering professionals in the detailed process of preparing and submitting a building permit application and corrresponding project documents for review and approval. An assortment of forms, checklists, and other information has been developed in order to provide guidance toward this end. Contractor/Subcontractor List
State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors has mandated that building departments verify that all contractors and subcontractors performing work on a construction project possess a valid contractor's license. Additionally, Town of Marana requires that these contractors and/or subcontractors possess a valid Town of Marana business license. This form is required to be completed and submitted to this department prior to approval of final inspections.


RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

Pool & Spa Equipment Data Form
This form has been developed to provide electrical and mechanical information for pool or spa equipment and is to be completed and submitted along with a permit application and corresponding project documents for an intended residential pool and/or spa project.

Revenue Bond Requirements for the Owner/Builder
State of Arizona Department of Revenue has mandated that building departments obtain a bond certificate, prior to the issuance of a building permit, for construction of  a single family residence valued at more than $ 50,000. This form provides information to assist the Owner/Builder in obtaining one of two types of certificates

Building Code Enforcement Complaint Form
Use this form to file a building safety complaint. We will investigate your concerns, and if provided with your contact information, will inform you of the outcome of our investigation. Some enforcement complaints take several months or even years to resolve. Please feel free to contact our office for an update on the progress of you complaint at any time.
